🏡 **A few exciting updates from the last couple of weeks!**
✨ A gorgeous one-owner home in one of Tipp City's most treasured neighborhoods is going to be my client's next home! This one checked all the boxes and I'm so excited for them.
✨ Another client had interest in one of my building lots but had their heart set on Troy. Rather than trying to convince them my lot was the right fit, we found a property that was exactly what they were looking for and negotiated the purchase. They'll be buying **3 parcels** and plan to sell **2 of them**, so if you've been looking for a place to build in the **Miami East School District**, keep an eye out—those lots should be available soon.
✨ And then there's the craziest story of all...
I have two completely different clients who have both been house hunting for quite some time. On the **same day**, they each went under contract on the **same house**... just in different locations! 😆
How is that possible?
DR Horton happened to have two beautiful move-in-ready spec homes that were nearly identical and perfectly matched what each family had been searching for. Even crazier, it's looking like we may be closing both transactions on the **same day** too!
There are a lot more details behind these stories, and I'll share more once we get to the closing table. For now, I'm just grateful to help some wonderful families take the next step.
